Meet your clinicians
I graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland in 2001. After completing my course, I was commissioned as a Dental Officer in the Royal Australian Navy, based in Fremantle, WA, working both on base and at sea.
In 2006, I moved back to Brisbane to join a private practice before commencing specialist training at Griffith University. I have supported the profession by supervising students at the university and continue to develop my skills through many professional development courses.
When not caring for you at PerioHEALTH and Implants, I love to spend my time with my young and very busy family and get out for a run or a round of golf.
I am a registered Specialist in Periodontics, a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, an ITI (International Team for Oral Implantology) member and former president of the Australian Society of Periodontology (Queensland).
Originally from Sydney, I graduated with first-class honours from Griffith University in Queensland in 2014, and won the Australian Dental Research Foundation (ADRF) Leonard Hansen Prize for academic excellence for my undergraduate research thesis.
I practiced general dentistry for four years, including twelve months as an oral surgery registrar at Sydney Dental Hospital, gaining valuable surgical skills and multi-disciplinary treatment planning experience. I returned to Queensland in 2019 to pursue specialist training in periodontics at the University of Queensland and won the Australian Osseointegration Society, QLD Branch Research Medallion Competition for my postgraduate thesis in 2021.
I am a member of the Australian Dental Association (ADA), the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Periodontists (ANZAP) and the International Team for Implantology (ITI).

I graduated from the University of Queensland in 2014 with a Bachelor of Oral Health. Since then, I have been fortunate to gain experience in both public and private dental clinics. This has allowed me to gain valuable clinical skills to treat a wide range of patients across all ages and backgrounds.
I am passionate about building positive relationships with my patients and helping them achieve optimal oral health through quality care and education.
I have a strong drive for self-development and continuing education, and like to keep up to date with the latest dental advances by regularly attending seminars and workshops.
Outside of work, if I’m not busy keeping up with my two teenage daughters, I enjoy catching up on my favourite TV shows or kicking back with a good book and a cup of coffee.
I am originally from Melbourne but I came up to study in Brisbane after high school. Since then, I have graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Oral Health. I have no intention to move back to Melbourne currently as I am loving the friendliness and warmth of the sunny state!
When I’m not at work I can be found travelling, hiking, petting dogs, bouldering, playing the piano and watching horror movies. I love good food, good company and my ideal night in is playing board games!
I have always dreamed of working in health care. I began my career in dentistry as a dental assistant and continued my professional development by completing a Bachelor of Dental Hygiene at Griffith University. I am very passionate about educating patients in oral health care and I believe that prevention is always better than cure. I have extensive experience in various areas of dentistry, although my passion lies in orthodontics, periodontics, and new technology.
I am committed to professional development and constantly obtain new skills. In my spare time, I am busy with two children and my dog Mimi. I stay fit and healthy and also enjoy good coffee and cooking, as well as meeting with friends.
